Lystd End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Lystd ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Lystd mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Lystd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App—including software, code, design, branding, logos, databases, features, and content (excluding User Content)—remain the exclusive property of Lystd. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Updates & Changes

The App may automatically download updates, install patches, modify features, and introduce new functionality. By using the App, you consent to receiving such updates. Lystd is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or future updates.

5. User Content

Any content you upload or create within the App is governed by the Lystd Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content but grant Lystd a limited license to operate the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, authentication providers, and analytics tools. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Lystd is not responsible for third-party actions or failures.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Lystd makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability or availability, accuracy of content, or error-free operation. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Lystd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; Lystd is not responsible for user interactions or offline meetings; Lystd's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Termination

Your license may be suspended or terminated if you violate this Agreement, violate the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent bans or restrictions.

Upon termination: you must stop using the App; Lystd may revoke access to your account; certain data may be retained per our Data Retention Policy.

10. App Store Compliance

This Agreement is between you and Lystd, not Apple or Google.

Apple: Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance; Apple is not liable for claims related to the App; you must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

Google: Google is not responsible for support or maintenance; Google is not liable for claims related to the App; you must comply with Google Play Terms of Service.

Both Apple and Google may enforce their own terms independently.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lystd operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
