Lystd Community Guidelines

Lystd is a social discovery platform designed for meeting people, making friends, networking, and exploring local connections through real-time posts called "Lysts." To keep Lystd safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account bans.

1. What Lystd Is For

Lystd is built for:

• Social meetups
• Making friends
• Networking
• Group activities
• Casual hangouts
• Conversations
• Local discovery
• Community building

Posts should reflect genuine social intent.

2. Allowed Content

You may post:

• Social invitations
• Group plans
• Events and activities
• Friendly introductions
• Networking opportunities
• Casual or spontaneous meetups
• Mature themed adult conversations
• Posts with "Sensitive" tags when appropriate

Content must follow all rules listed below.

3. Sensitive Content

Some posts may include strong language. These posts must be marked as Sensitive.

Sensitive content may not include explicit sexual acts, pornography, or nudity intended for sexual arousal. Sensitive posts are hidden unless users enable viewing them.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Lystd:

Sexual & Adult Violations

• Escorting or sexual services
• Explicit pornography
• Sexually explicit images or videos
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Sexual content involving minors
• Fetish content intended for sexual arousal

Safety & Harm

• Harassment, bullying, or stalking
• Threats, intimidation, or violence
• Self-harm encouragement
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Doxxing or sharing private information

Illegal or Dangerous Activity

• Drugs or illegal substances
• Weapons or violence
• Fraud, scams, or impersonation
• Human trafficking or exploitation

Spam & Platform Abuse

• Repeated unwanted messages
• Fake profiles or deceptive behavior
• Bots or automated posting
• Mass-messaging or spam
• Attempts to manipulate visibility or signals

Lystd may remove any content that violates these rules or appears unsafe.

5. Location & Privacy

• Do not share private addresses or personal contact information publicly.
• Do not pressure others to reveal private details.
• Do not attempt to track, follow, or surveil other users.

Respect personal boundaries at all times.

6. Interactions & Messaging

Messaging is only available after mutual interest. You may not harass or pressure others, send unwanted sexual content, spam or mass-message users, or attempt to move conversations off-platform in unsafe ways. Users may block or report anyone who behaves inappropriately.

7. Impersonation & Misrepresentation

You may not pretend to be another person, use someone else's photos, misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions, or create multiple accounts to evade bans. Authenticity is essential for safety.

8. Reporting

Users can report posts, messages, profiles, behavior, and safety concerns. Reports are reviewed by Lystd's moderation team. Content receiving multiple reports may be temporarily hidden during review. False or malicious reporting may result in penalties.

9. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, Lystd may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, temporarily suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or notify law enforcement when required. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal.

10. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact support@quailsofts.com. Not all decisions are reversible, especially those involving safety risks.

11. Updates to These Guidelines

Lystd may update these Community Guidelines as the platform evolves. The updated date will appear at the top of this document.
